Introducing, Batch #3:

A single origin, micro-lot coffee from the farm, Finca La Bastilla of Nicaragua.

Grown at approximately 1300-1500masl, this coffee does not disappoint. It has flavors of raspberry, caramel, honey, and vanilla, which is complimented by its medium body. The bespoke fermentation process the coffee undergoes, along with the volcanic soil in which its grown, creates a very enjoyable coffee experience.
